Both our resorts have a variety of delicious dining choices available throughout the day. Our kitchen offers fresh seasonal produce from local markets, made to international standards with choices from local cuisine, vegetarian options and a selection of lighter healthier meals.
Puerto Galera Menus
- A full buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options: Assorted hot dishes including local favourites, selection of house baked breads with jams, muffins, pancakes, yoghurt, muesli and fresh cut tropical fruits, juices, a selection of tea and coffee.. and of course eggs cooked to order.
- Complimentary morning and afternoon merienda (snack), perfect for hungry divers between dives.
- Fresh Mongolian Wok for lunch every day chosing from a selection of freshly cut meats, seafood and vegetables stir fried to order, or our signature ever changing blackboard lunch menu with an appetizer, choice of 4 main courses which include gourmet sandwiches, seafood, local dishes and vegetarian options. And of course dessert!
- For dinner, a BBQ (Monday to Thursday) where you choose from a selection of choice cuts of meat and seafood and let our chefs BBQ your selection with a choice from potato dishes, rice, pasta and a variety of sauces and vegetables. Or, again choose from our signature ever changing blackboard dinner menu comprising of soup or appetizer, a choice of 4 main courses including international and local dishes, seafood and vegetarian options and then dessert.
- Themed buffet nights over the weekends: A seafood feast every Friday night, a selection of the best the Philippines has to offer on Sundays - and be sure to ask our chef about his choice of themed night every Saturday.
- There is also a choice of a la carte menus on offer throughout the day with Salads, Sandwiches and Snacks... as well as fresh pasta and pizza selections.

Drinks are as important as food, and in Toko’s we try and use the best nature has to offer as well as importing the best things in life.
